Food Trucks have become quite the sensation all across the nation. There’s even a show dedicated to the complete art of food trucks, The Great Food Truck Race, which airs on the Food Network channel. There are so many cool things about them and we are lucky to have so many great food truck businesses here in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
Great Skill Goes Into A Great Food Truck
There are many skills involved in building a great food truck, like engineering, entrepreneurship, and the creativity of an epicure. And did we mention plumbing? A great food truck won’t sustain itself unless it includes a great commercial kitchen built with great plumbing. It is a kitchen on the go, you know!

Celebrating Food Trucks
Did you know there’s a festival focused on the celebration of food trucks happening in Louisville in just a few weeks? Put on by the Food Truck Festival of America, it’s happening for the first time ever in Louisville on September 17th. We’re hoping to go have some fun at this event. You’re invited, too. Here are the details:
The Louisville Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival
Date: Sunday, September 17th
Time: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm EST

Cost: $20/ticket
